Shepherd's Pie with Lamb in Cast Iron Dish

Made this traditional dish. Ingredients: 1 lb Ground Lamb, 3 large Russet Potatoes (~2 lbs), 3 large carrots, 1 sweet yellow onion, 1 can of peas, 3 oz of tomato paste, splash of Worcestershire sauce, fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 cup of half and half, 1/2 half cup of unsalted butter, salt and pepper to taste, 4 oz of shredded cheddar cheese mix. Enjoy!
