Juicy Tender fall of the bone slow cooked lamb shanks cooked in a thick delicious gravy with carrots with an amazing roasted garlic mash potatoes and a little mozzarella then baked so the potatoes are crisp and the cheese has melted. Braising is typically used for simmering tough meats for hours, but it works beautifully (and much more quickly!) with tender cuts, too. I paired the shanks with rosemary and mint for big flavours and creamy mash and boy this was SOOOO FIIIRREEE!!!
