My FAVORITE tomato varieties to grow for SAUCE & SALSA

I prefer a good mix of tomato varieties to develop a nice, rich flavors for our tomato juice, tomato sauce and our son's favorite SALSA. These are EASILY my favorite tomato varieties to grow in our homestead garden. Most are paste tomatoes but there are a few slicer tomatoes. A good sauce starts with good tomato varieties. Tomato varieties are hard to choose from with the thousands of different options out there. Today I'll talk a little about each variety and why I like each of them.
