Lomi Batangas Ingredients:
500 grams Miki Noodles (not salty)
1 liter kaldo or soup stock (or water and 1 beef broth cube)
2tbsp Oyster Sauce
2pcs beaten egg
Cassava Flour diluted to water as thickener (or cornstarch if not available)
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Soy Sauce to taste and food color
Toppings:
Pork Meat Balls
250grams Ground Pork
50 grams Shredded Carrot
1 onion minced
6 pcs garlic minced
1 stalk onion leaks (optional)
1/2 teaspoon iodized salt (if u will put ground chicharon reduce to 1/4 teaspoon)
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 cup flour
1 small pack ground Chicharon (optional only if you will add chicharon reduce or remove the salt)
STIR FRY LIVER
Slice liver into thin strips
Season with soy sauce and pepper then stir fry
STIR FRY PORK
Cut pork into strips
Season with salt and pepper then stir fry
PURPOR
Pork Skin with Fat put in casserole season with salt then bring boil until tender. Fry it in low fire slow cook then rest for 10 minutes. On a second frying set the fire into high temperature until boiling point then fry again less than a minute or until the pork skin pop out.
STIR FRY HOTDOG
Sliced hotdog then stir fry

FRIED SHANGHAI
HARD BOILED EGGS
