Do try Bread Vada Pao Pakoda Recipe today and share your feedback with us. #VadaPav #StreetFood #IndianFood #SooperChef Ingredients for Garlic Chutney: Oil 1 tbsp Garlic cloves 15 Coconut (chopped) 1 cup Kashmiri red chili powder 2 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp Water 1/4 cup Ingredients for Green Chutney: Green Coriander (Chopped) 1 cup Green chilies 5-6 Garlic cloves 2 Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp Water 1/4 cup Sugar 1/2 tsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Ingredients for Vada: Potatoes 4 Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Green chilies (Chopped) 2-3 Oil 1 tbsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Curry leaves 12-15 Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Green Coriander (Chopped) 2 tbsp Ingredients for Liquid Batter: Gram flour 1 cup Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Baking soda 1/4 tsp Water 1/2 cup Ingredients for Assembling: Bread slices as required Oil (for frying) as required Garlic chutney as required Green chutney as required Potato mixture as required Liquid Batter as required Directions for Garlic Chutney Preparation: Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, saute until garlic turns slightly brown. Take off flame and set aside on a tissue. Now on the same pan add coconut and cook until golden brown in color. Now transfer the toasted coconut to a blender, add toasted garlic, salt, red chili powder, water and grind well to make chutney. Set aside. Directions for Green Chutney: In a blender add coriander, green chilies, garlic, cumin, sugar, lemon juice, water and blend until fine paste is formed. Chutney is ready, set aside. Direction for Vada Preparation: Heat water in a deep pan and boil potatoes in it, peel them and cut in cubes. Set aside. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, once they start to pop, add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and cook for 1-2 minutes. Mow add boiled potatoes and cook for 1 minute. Now transfer the cooked potatoes in a bowl and mash them, add turmeric, salt, coriander and mix well. Set aside. Directions for Liquid Batter Preparation: Add gram flour in a large bowl, add turmeric, salt, baking soda, water and mix it well. Batter is ready, set aside. Directions for Assembling: Cut 2 bread slices in round shape, apply garlic chutney and green chutney on each and make a sandwich. Take the potato mixture in palm of your hand and flatten it, place the prepared sandwich on it, add potato mixture on top and make round tikki shape. Dip in liquid batter, fry it on low medium flame until light golden in color. Take off flame and Vada pav is ready to serve Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes Serving: 4-5
