INGREDIENTS :- For cake batter - {egg yolk mixture} 4 piece egg white (৪ টি ডিমের সাদা অংশ) 1/4 cup sugar (১/৪ কাপ চিনি) 1 tea spoon salt (১ চা চামচ লবন) 1/4 cup soya bin oil (১/৪ কাপ সয়াবিন তেল) 1 tea spoon orange essence (১ চা চামচ অরেঞ্জ এসেন্স) 1 tbls orange food colour (১ টেবিল চামচ অরেঞ্জ ফুড কালার) 1/4 cup orange juice (১/৪ কাপ অরেঞ্জ জুস) 1 cup flour (১ কাপ আটা) 1 tbls spoon baking powder (১ টেবিল চামচ বেকিং পাউডার) 1 tea spoon baking soda (১ চা চামচ বেকিং সোডা) {egg white mixture} 4 pieces egg yolk (৪ টি ডিমের কুসুম) 1/4 cup sugar (১/৪ কাপ চিনি) _mix the both mixture well together_ For Orange Piping Jel :- 1 cup orange juice (১ কাপ অরেঞ্জ জুস) 2 tbls sugar (২ টেবিল চামচ চিনি) 1/2 tea spoon orange essence (১/২ চা চামচ অরেঞ্জ এসেন্স) 1/2 tea spoon orange food colour (১/২ চা চামচ অরেঞ্জ ফুড কালার) {Cornflour mixture} 2 tbls conflour (২ টেবিল চামচ কর্ণ ফ্লাওয়ার) 1/4 cup orange juice (১/৪ কাপ অরেঞ্জ জুস) For orange syrup:- 1/2 cup orange juice (১/২ কাপ অরেঞ্জ জুস) 2 tbls sugar (২ টেবিল চামচ চিনি) For whipping cream:- 1 cup chilled whipped cream (১ কাপ ঠান্ডা হুইপড ক্রিম) 1 tbls icing sugar (১ টেবিল চামচ গুড়ো চিনি) 1/2 tbls orange essence (১/২ টেবিল চামচ অরেঞ্জ এসেন্স) _DECORATE AS YOU LIKE_ If you like the video then make sure to subscribe and stay connected.Thank you..
