Dhebra recipe is perfect tea time snack from the state of Gujarat.This is a heirloom recipe that I have learned from my MOTHER. Serve Gujarati Dhebra recipe dabbed with homemade ghee along with a cup of pounded jaggery, Pickle, yogurt and Sev Tamatar ni Sabzi for dinner or serve it with pickle for snack. Dhebra with rice flour, Ghav (wheat) and maize flour, Paneer Methi leaves Spinach leaves, Dhaniya & Paneer. Dhebra is a Gujarati bread type snack. Dhebra is a Gujarati recipe which can be enjoyed with a cup of tea or with pickle. This Dhebra recipe consists of wheat flour and hence is very nutritious especially for kids.
