@lianamorley6 months ago I am a cptsd survivor & having racing thoughts daily during waking & night time; i recently started imagining objects or things that moved slowly i imagined an aquarium with beautiful creatures swimming slowly and it began to help me. I first felt very sleepy, then my eye kids became extremely heavy. The music im listening to with this video helps; as i also use this method to relax daily.
my eye movement is had become slower with this visual. Im going to continue this method and encourage my therapist to use it as a meditational tool for me and anyone who has experienced childhood trauma.
