Side-graft dragon fruit: expedite propagating. Instead of waiting for a cutting to mature and then root. Using SMALL NEW GROWTH as scion to graft using side-grafting technique. Why we need to do this: 1. SAVE TIME: waiting for a new growth to mature, and to root. 2. SAVE SPACE: You can graft to existing dragon fruit plant. Instead of growing another plant. 3. Save resources. For rare varieties. Instead of asking for a whole cutting, now we can ask for little small extra new growth 😜, or the tip that people usually toss when training dragon fruit.
