@meihongwong73602 years agoTart: 1) cut 125g butter to sticks 2) add 250g plain en4" flour 3) add 50g icing sugar 4) mix into light breadcrumbs 5) add in lightly beaten egg 6) mix until sticky, then change to use hand to form into dough. Knead into soft dough 7) cover in cling film and put inside fridge for 30 mins filling 1) 250g cream cheese 2) 30g butter 3) add tgt and mix with hand mixer 4) after mixed tgt, add 50g caster sugar 5) hand mixer again, then use spatula to scrape the side 6) add 1 egg 7) hand mixer again, then use spatula to scrape the side 8) add 50g whipping cream 9) hand mixer again 10) add 1tsp lemon juice 11) add 20g plain flour 12) mix with spatula, pour into piping bag 1) divide dough into small portion and press onto tart mould 2) prick some holes on the pastry 3) bake in preheated oven 180c for 15 mins 4) fill half of tart with cheese fillings, then manually add blueberry jam, then fill up remaining 5) decorate with blueberry jam 6) bake at 180c for 10-12 mins. ...Expand23
