While making tender coconut pudding, we require tender coconut pulp and tender coconut water. Usually some tender coconut will have water only without any pulp. So it is very important that while buying tender coconut we must ask for tender coconut that has its flesh or pulp along with the water. I bought the tender coconut from Lulu hypermarket , umm al Quwain and asked them to break it as I don't have any equipment at home to break the same.
