Marati Mogga - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Chopped onions - 2
Green chillies - 6
Bulb onions - 5-6
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Mint & coriander- 1 cup
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt as required
Curd - 1 cup
Mango Pickle - 1/3 cup
For Rice :
Soaked Basmati Rice - 250gms
Cinnamon - 1
Clove - 1
Star Anise - 1
Bay leaf - 1
Cardamom - 1
Salt as required
Top up with white butter/ghee for Dum
