Impending peace: Sudan government and SPLM-N on track to reach secularism agreement

For the first time, both the government delegation and the Sudanese rebels, the Sudan People's Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N) are saying peace negotiations are on track. The talks, held in Juba, South Sudan, are meant to resume either later this month or in July.
