@wenome.chainsama8 months agoSometimes hard things may damage braces, but as for sticky things or popcorns i swear i never ever saw someone break them for that. The only thing you should stay allert for is very hard things, in fact it's better if you eat hard things by dividing them in little pieces, as for sticky things they almost never cause a problem. I even saw someone with braces eat gum ...

@madmom08889 months agoThe only candy out of these I’ve eaten with braces is popcorn. The only reason is because I used to have a tooth without a bracket, and always ate popcorn under the tooth, when I got the bracket I decided to keep doing that without getting any kernels in between my wire. Normally I didn’t finish the whole bag of popcorn so I never found the round kernels at the bottom. 😅😅 ...
