GET RIPPED MY TOP 5 AB WORKOUTS WEIGHT LOSS TO SIX PACK HOME GYM EXERCISE ROUTINE AMAZON EQUIPMENT

Let's go, baby! Today we have my TOP 5 ab workouts that are my faves when it comes to blasting that midsection! Of course, it's true when they say "abs are made in the kitchen" but girl, they're strengthened in the gym! A strong core (not only your abs, but lower back, hips, and glutes, too) is ESSENTIAL when it comes to effective and safe training. A strong trunk means more stability and security when training any other part of your body (helps you stay nice and upright, rather than flopping around like one of those wacky, waving, inflatable arm flailing tube men you see in front of car dealerships, lol!) A someone with scoliosis, it is crucial for me to keep my core strong. These five workouts are staple pieces in my training routine, and I hope you can find some value in them just as much!! I typically shoot for 3 sets of 12 reps, and train core anywhere from 4-5 days a week (10-15 minute sessions after my primary training. Abs are quite resilient and can be trained more frequently as long as proper training and recovery methods are observed). BUT! everyone's fitness levels and capabilities are different.
