This fruit puff pastry recipe is faster to make than traditional mille feuille. In this tutorial, I show you how to make quick puff pastry which is a lot less labour intensive than the traditional puff pastry. This dessert is topped off with some maple pastry cream as well as fresh fruits. It's so light and flaky and the perfect dessert to whip up quickly.
