Alcohol based hand rub is the best hand sanitizer. I have seen many videos of diy hand sanitizer or make your own hand sanitizer at home, but those are not alcohol based hand sanitizers. These WHO recommended hand rub formulations can be used as sanitizer spray. Dettol hand sanitizer and lifebuoy hand sanitizer are also alcohol based hand sanitizers.
