تونس- تونسيون يرفضون قانون الجرائم الإلكترونية الجديد ويعتبرونه تضييقا للحريات تشهد تونس منذ عدة أيام جدلا أعقب صدور المرسوم 54 المتعلق بمكافحة الجرائم المتصلة بأنظمة المعلومات والاتصال، والذي أصدره رئيس الجمهورية قيس سعيد، بينما انتقدته كل الأحزاب والأطراف المدنية والجمعيات والمنظمات في عموم تونس. إذ اعتبرت على حد تعبيرها أن هذا المرسوم يؤكد توجه السلطة في تونس نحو تكريس منظومة تشريعية وسياسية تضرب الحقوق والحريات وتحرم المواطنات والمواطنين من حقهم في التعبير والنشر، وقد لفت نقيب الصحفيين التونسيين محمد ياسين الجلاصي في لقاء مع وكالة A24 إلى أن القانون الجديد يحمل عبارات فضفاضة ليست مدققة وليست محددة يتم بموجبها معاقبة الناس عقوبات مشددة جدا.. وذلك بهدف التضييق على حرية الصحافة والتعبير والنشر. The head of the Syndicate of Tunisian Journalists, Mohamed Yassin Al-Jelassi, told A24 that the new law includes vague and undefined clauses to which people are sentenced to very severe penalties, with the aim of restricting freedom of the press, expression, and publication.
