Homemade Fresh Rice Noodles: MIL recipe

Fresh homemade rice noodle 1 spoon glutinous flour 2 cup starch flour (1 clear container to go) 3 bags (16oz) rice flour 1 bag (14oz) tapioca flour 12 cups of water (3 large pho to go container) Another 4 cups water to heat up and pour back in STEPS: Pour all ingredients into big bowl mix well with whisk. Take 2/3 cup of this mix and put into a pot and add 4cups of water and bring to boil until it looks gelatinous (~3mins). Make sure to constantly mix otherwise it will clump up. Lets the gelatinous mix cool down (warm to touch) and mix into original mixture. Mix well. Make sure steamer is hot and needs cloth covering holes. Pour 2 ladle onto cloth and spread out evenly. Cover and let cook for 2mins. Remove careful with bamboo stick. Keep repeating process. Fold noodle and let sit aside.
