Classes Have Begun Again at Gracie Schwarzwald

We have finally re-opened and begun classes again. What makes Gracie Schwarzwald different? As Rickson Gracie said: “If you don’t know Self Defense, then you don’t know Jiu-Jitsu." Most BJJ Academies teach only a limited part of Self.Defense - Ground Fighting. But, realistic Jiu-Jitsu (the kind you’ll actually need if you get attacked) is not something core to the Art and something every practitioner should know.
