Killing Black Knights without rolling

I don't know how I have a harder time with Black Knights than I do bosses, but it took me about three tries each to defeat each of these Knights. But I am uber excited that I got the Black Knight Greatsword... Now to grind up the stats to use it. I almost ALMOST kill the first one in my first attempt. Was so damn close.
