@thatScarlet2 years ago I absolutely love espresso-tonic. Just add espresso with a spoon over it so it layers and doesn't foam up like that. Then you can stir it. It's refreshing and pretty much doubles the effect of a regular coffee ❤ 366

@benedekbernath33202 years ago I am a barista at a big coffee shop in Hungary. We do this a little different there. First I drop like 4 ice cubes into a glass, I pour the tonic into that so it wont't explode. And I don't really make the espresso into that cup, because it will be messy. I brew it into another cup, then I pour into the glass slowly on top of the ice, so you will have nice different layers🥳 ... 663

@R3yne2 years ago In our shop, we do tonic espresso with a bit of vanila syrup ( in our case is 10gr ) . We also use a spoon between the glass and the portafilter so as not to create a bunch of foam and have a layer drink ( for instagram maybe ). Hope it help ! ... 3
