The MS-3 combines the best parts from an all-in-one pedalboard command post and a multi-effects unit into one space-saving solution that takes the guesswork out of complicated rigs. With 112 different effect types onboard including compression, delay, reverb, modulation, pitch, and bass effects, the MS-3 lets you assign up to six of these internal effects simultaneously, but also gives you the option of integrating up to three of your personal favorite pedals within the MS-3 circuitry. After connecting your own pedals, you can assign any and all of them to combine with the MS-3's high quality internal effects within as many as 200 patches for seemingly endless combinations. The MS-3 offers a wealth of controls for even the pickiest pedal pushers, going so far as to offer deep control capabilities, such as allowing you to switch amp channels and integrate MIDI devices, and by offering a built-in tuner, the MS-3 eliminates the need of using one in an external loop. A dedicated backlit LCD gives you a real-time overview of the action, including bank numbers and patch settings, as well as knobs that edit the parameters on the fly. With the MS-3 connected to your computer via USB, the Editor/Librarian software allows you to edit effects and their placement, assign control parameters and adjust patch tempo settings. You can even back up your patches and create entire live sets within the software to minimize tap dancing when it's showtime.
