Today's FitLabPGH video continues our June theme: Motivation to Move. Today’s tip: Challenge yourself to meet your movement goals. If you’re looking to boost your movement motivation, consider creating a challenge for yourself…You could register for an event like the Rachel Carson Trail Challenge in the Pittsburgh area, or you could take a tip from Ben and create your own challenge…like climbing Mt. Mingo on a single-speed bike (which Ben did last week on his Salsa Cycles StormChaser). The key? Make the challenge FUN! You are much more likely to stay motivated to move if you choose movement activities you actually enjoy. We want to hear from you!
