Chicken schnitzel
Ingredients
Chicken breast-1 cut into half
Salt
Paprika a pinch
Pepper
Method
Pound Chicken gently and make 1/8 inch thick
In a bowl break one egg and add 1 tbsp milk and whisk
Another plate take some flour
In third plate add some bread crumbs and season with salt pepper and oregano
Take chicken dip in egg mixture and coat with flour and then coat with breadcrumbs
In a pan take oil and fry both sides until golden brown
