When you're out to eat, don't be afraid to box up half your meal for later. I always regret cleaning my plate just because it's there. Share dishes with friends so you can try more things.
Stay active on the weekends too. My favorite way to burn calories is going for hikes on Saturday mornings. It's a great way to appreciate nature and get your steps in. Other options include bike rides, walks around your neighborhood, or even dancing in your living room!
Stay hydrated as well - we all know dehydration just makes you crave carbs. Trust me, a glass of water is better than a bag of chips!
