Hey guys! I tried the two weeks shred workout challenge by Chloe ting and it actually worked didn't expect to see these type of result cause have always had struggles with belly fat. I am so happy i tried this challenge during this quarantine period it was worth every single sweat. i recommend trying this program. I also did intermittent fasting through out the challenge. Also cultivated the habit of eating healthy and drinking lots of water which brought about a faster result.
