In my stock pile of repurposed material, I had some basic mirrors and scrap wood 2X4 and decided to make a mirror frame! I wanted to practice more with my table saw and after binging how-to videos on 'tongue and groove' cuts, I challenged myself to make the frame with groove cuts and miter spline joints. Although it may seem simple to wrap four wood pieces around a mirror, this was an intricate process for me and working with scrap wood doesn't make it easier. But I am here to let you know that it is possible and I think my frame turned out okay for what I had on hand. (Keeping in budget friendly!) In this project I was able to practice my groove cuts, miter cuts, spline cuts, rip cuts, cross cuts, sanding and gluing. Remember to subscribe to my channel, like the video and watch the videos! Thanks for the support and until next time, another DIY coming at cha!
