Ingredients for Ragi Idli/Dosa Recipe:
Ragi - 1 Cup
Raw Rice - 1/2 Cup
Idli Rice - 1/2 Cup
Urad Dal - 1/2 Cup
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/ 4 Tsp
Salt - As Required
Method:
1. Wash and soak everything together for 6 to 8 hrs.
2. Grind this in grinder, add salt and mix well.
3. Allow the batter to ferment
4. Prepare Idli/Dosa.
