Ingredients:
Bread pieces -1 cup
Green chilli-2
Curry leaves-6
Carrot-1 cup
Ginger -1/4 cup
Coriander leaves-1 cup
Red chilli-1 1/2 spoon
Onions-1/2 cup
Salt -1 1/2 spoon
Garam masala-1 spoon
Rice flour-1/4 cup
Procedure:
1) Take the cut bread slices in a bowl
2) Add sliced carrots, chopped green chilli, onions, curry leaves, cut ginger pieces, red chilli powder, garam masala and 1/4 bowl of rice flour.
3) Add water and mix well
4) Deep fry the shaped mixture and serve.
