PkTheory episode 2 - ABC to poetry

"i do parkour to express myself." One has heard that a lot of times, and also one has heard that being ridiculed, too. No wonder, as it has been used as a sort of stereotyped saying i guess. Nevertheless there is truth to it, even though the one stating that sentence might not know what and why he is saying it, because he just adapted that sentence into his library of automatic answers... it turns out that the opposite, which sounds something like "it is just jumping" is just as much of a stereotyped answer. Just more fashionable i guess. So in this video i am looking into the expression aspect of Pk trying to figure out all of these shades between "just jumping" and "movement bleeding out from your heart&soul".
