Jacqueline's husband Grant was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 5 years ago. As a carer for someone living with a dementia, she has shared her thoughts, to give hope and support to other carers. If you think you are a carer, or know someone who you think might need a bit of support or advice, get in touch with your local Carers Centre. https://centralcarers.org https://www.stirlingcarers.co.uk We often don’t ask for help until we’re in a crisis. Asking for and accepting help brings us closer, it’s healing, productive and brave. Think back to a time you’ve felt good because you’ve supported a friend or family member, now it’s time to give others that same opportunity. Ask for help, allow others to return the love they've had from you over the years. For support click here https://nhsforthvalley.com/health-services/az-of-services/dementia-
